Twittest

The Twittest is a playful project for students about intelligence based on the use of the social network application Twitter and making reference to Alan Turing’s ‘Turing Test’. The competition, was developed by ourselves at the University of Edinburgh as part of the Edinburgh International Science Festival, and was created to mark the 100th birthday of Turing, who is widely regarded as the forefather of modern computing.

The Twittest was conceived, developed and produced by Jon Oberlander, Duncan Shingleton, Chris Speed and Michael Warner.
